the noise from the street at night made sleeping difficult. live music from nearby venues continued until the early morning. this noise impacted my sleep quality.

the staff was super helpful. the location is just great, it's right in the middle of everything, i love that! the facilities were good too.
My room had a balcony overlooking the nightlife chaos, so sleep was a bit tough. It was pretty noisy!

The location is central to activities and attractions (this made getting around very easy). The staff tried to help me in any way they could. I found the bed very comfortable. The location is also convenient, about 10 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to Soi Buakhao.
The pool is not in the same building. I had to cross the road to another building to use it.

The hotel is near Central shopping mall and many shops. Restaurants are also very close by (a huge plus for trying local cuisine). This makes it easy to explore the area.

the staff were helpful and kind with any request. the location was great. it was right in the middle of town on a very good street. the cleaning staff was friendly and diligent, and everything seemed soundproof.
The breakfast buffet was in the neighboring building. It had limited options, strongly spiced in an indian style.
